We will go back to the home with your inspection notice in hand and verify that it was completed properly. It comes with a mini-PDF report including pictures of any incomplete or unsatisfactory items found.

They'll generally be based on square footage at $0.11 per sq. ft. It could be more or less depending on if it's an empty shed vs. a living space with a bathroom, kitchen, etc.

A basic water test is required with a septic inspection if the property is on well water.

There is an additional $75 hold in case the tank cannot be accessed once found, to replace the locator beacon. This is refundable as long as the beacon is immediately recovered during the locate.

If a well fails the water and needs to be retested at a later date, the fee is $135.
